Introduction
Established in Dec.12, 2007, Shaanxi XD HI-TECH Medium-low Voltage Apparatus Co., Ltd mainly provides 0.4-55kV switchgears including circuit breaker, disconnecting switch, current transformer, HV/LV complete power distribution device, totally 5 sorts, 28 series, 76types and over 1400 specifications. Siemens authorized us SIVACON 8PT as the only authorization company in Northwest of China. Schneider authorized us BLOKSET cabinet and Prisma LV product technology. We also invested large amount of money in plant construction and advanced technology.
We have built a strong R&D team to hold research and development products exchange meetings regularly to communicate with partners such as Siemens(China), Schneider(China), and ABB(China). All of our switchgears have certificates issued by national quality inspection department. Structure types include porcelain supporting type, ground tank type and SF6 gas insulation metal enclosed switchgears. Our products have been widely used in mines, hospitals, schools, dorks, and many other industries. For example, we have provided switchgears for Metro Line 1 in Xi’an, Micron Technology and Danieli Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Power Distribution Renovation Project in Pakistan.
We also provide compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, special-shaped springs and custom springs. The company has purchased imported CNC numerical control spring universal forming machine, PID automatic temperature control heat treatment furnace, PQL type spring fatigue shot blasting machine, vacuum oil quenching gas cooling furnace; CNC double end spring grinding machine. Test instruments include magnetic particle testing machine,fatigue testing machine and double digital spring test machine and so on. The springs are mainly applied in military, aerospace, medical, railways, switchgears and other high demand industries.
We have obtained Certificates for Quality Management System (ISO9001), Certificate for Environmental Management System( ISO14001), Certificate for Occupation Health Safety Management System(OHSA18001), and Permit for Greenhouse Gas Emission.
